Germain Aunidas is currently Global Head of Development at AXA IM Alts. Heis responsible for supervising the pan-European development activities of AXAIM Alts.

Germain joined AXA IM Real Assets in 2014 as Deputy Head of Development. Prior to this, he was a Development Director at Unibail-Rodamco, where he was responsible for major development projects across the retail and leisure sectors. From 2004 to 2011, Germain was a Project Director at Sodearif, a real estate developer, where he managed a range of large-scale projects in the Paris area. He started his career at Bouygues as a financial auditor.

Germain has over 19 years of experience in the real estate industry.

Germain holds a Master’s degree from Ecole Centrale de Paris.
